1. University Assistant - Alumni Affairs

The Alumni Affairs Office at Eastern Connecticut State University is
looking for a University Assistant (UA). Reporting to the Director, the
UA assists with alumni and university-wide activities and events; with
all aspects of event planning and execution, prepares mailings and
communications, assists with filing, compiling class notes, and inputs
data. An associates degree is preferred. Strong organizational,
communication, and computer skills are necessary. Candidates should send

2. University Assistant - Continuing Education

The responsibilities of the selected individual will be to assist with
the development and delivery of workshops, non-credit courses and summer
conferences; interacting with pubic/private organizations, including
internal personnel in the set up and coordination of such programs.
Duties also include facilitation and monitoring of the registration
process for non credit programs, and processing payments.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. Associate Degree
considered. Good computer skills are an essential part of the position.
Experience in a college setting and program development experience
preferred.  Position is 19 hours per week and includes occasional
evening and Saturday hours. Send resume and three letters of reference
