Salary Grade CL-16 / $18.83 per hour
Closing Date:   July 5, 2006


Job Description:  Considerable knowledge of office systems and
procedures; considerable knowledge of proper grammar, punctuation and
spelling; knowledge of business communications; knowledge of
department's/unit's policies and procedures; some knowledge of business
math; interpersonal skills; ability to schedule and prioritize office
workflow; ability to operate office equipment which may include word
processors, computer terminals or other automated equipment; ability to
take notes (shorthand, speedwriting or other method acceptable to the
supervisor); ability to type at a net speed of 50 wpm.

Members of the Administrative Clerical Bargaining Unit (NP-3) who meet
the following criteria may apply:

*	You are on the current examination certification list for
Secretary 2; or
*	You are currently, or have previously attained permanent status,
as a Secretary 2 and would like a lateral transfer.

Student Activities Accounting Intake Office
(SAAIO)

Salary Grade CL-12 / $15.67 per hour
Closing Date:   July 5, 2006


Job Description:  Knowledge of basic bookkeeping, accounting and
financial record keeping procedures; some knowledge of payroll
procedures, financial terminology, statements and budget preparations;
skill in performing arithmetical computations; basic interpersonal
skills; ability to perform general clerical tasks; ability to operate a
variety of office equipment which may include word processors, computer
terminals, typewriters, calculating machines, cash registers and check
writing machines.

Members of the Administrative Clerical Bargaining Unit (NP-3) who meet
the following criteria may apply:

*	You are on the current examination certification list for
Financial Clerk; or
*	You are currently, or have previously attained permanent status,
as a Financial Clerk and would like a lateral transfer.
